This service is intended to help expecting and new mothers get through the first couple of weeks or months after the baby arrives. Often times food is the last thought when you have a new baby but it’s so important to stay nourished with healthy food during this time. Eating healthy will help you recover faster, make you feel better and keep your baby healthy as well as the rest of your family. Services include but are not limited to:

Make ahead meals that are packaged and frozen with reheating instructions

Personal chef services 1 day/week to prepare up to 5 meals per week
